People ask me what makes us different from "everyone else". I always start my answer with, "We love this stuff."
I founded Workforce Transformation Group in early 2013, because I wanted to be able to make decisions more quickly for my customers without having to rely on a committee of Executives half a country away, who don't know our customers personally to make those decisions. I learned from the best of the best, but still found some areas of our processes frustrating, especially for our customers. I changed that when we opened our doors. Now that we are a Partner of Kronos Incorporated, our projects get delivered even faster, with happier customers. We love what we do, and they can tell. That is the payoff for me.
I have extensive expertise in U.S. and Canadian labor law, and Payroll Best Practices. Past Kronos implementations include full life cycle deployments in Angola, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United States.
Specialties: Kronos Dimensions and all Kronos modules, Infor, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, HR and Payroll Best Practices, and Labor Law.

John has over 18 years of solid, client-facing, hands-on experience implementing Workforce Management Software. He is highly skilled at analyzing customer requirements, customizing products to fit their needs and providing quick and accurate implementation/configuration. He also has extensive vertical experience installing WFM Software for large Manufacturing, Retail and Healthcare customers.

Kim’s portfolio includes human resources administration, project coordination and management. She is highly skilled at installation, implementation, upgrades, conversion, deployment standardization of payroll and HR software.
