Support

Some of our clients want us to implement their system and hand off the system to their internal expert resources.  That is our indicator that we have done our job well. 
 
In some cases, our clients do not have internal resources with the skills to manage change requests within the system, and they ask us to stick around and help support the new system for a while.  We are happy to do that, as well.
 
But wait, there's more! -- In addition to providing the day-to-day support, we also assist the client in writing a job description for the person who will fulfill the new support position, review candidates' resumes, and attend the interviews so that we can help them identify the best candidate for the role.  It is our way of going above and beyond the "system integrator" persona, and closing the loop on the entire endeavor.
